Zippy Burgers

Description
Beef or turkey burgers spiced up with tangy sauces or bold seasonings. Known for their “zip,” these are made for those who like a flavor punch in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup beer or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound lean ground beef 4 hamburger buns, split
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties.
- If grilling the hamburgers, coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill hamburgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.
