Uncle Pauly's Carolina BBQ Sauce

Description
A peppery vinegar-based Carolina-style sauce with a family spin. Adds tang and heat to pork, especially chopped or shredded varieties.
Ingredients
- 2 (32 ounce) bottles ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Directions
- Whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the chili powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Whisk until evenly blended. The barbeque sauce is ready to use immediately.
