Strawberry Crème Fraîche Soft Serve
Description
A delicate, not-too-sweet ice cream that's (almost) instant gratification.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced organic strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups crème fraîche (i used homemade)
- 1 cup milk, half and half or heavy cream (i used milk)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Freeze in your ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
