Skillet Chicken and Rice

One-skillet dinner with juicy chicken and seasoned rice. Quick, comforting, and great for busy nights.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup uncooked regular long- grain white rice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  • paprika
Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
  2. Add broth, water, basil and garlic. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in broccoli. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until rice is done.
