Potato Chip Chopped Caesar Salad

Swap croutons for potato chips for an extra salty crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 (5-ounce) packages baby romaine lettuce heads, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup caesar-style dressing or store-bought dressing
- 4 cups sour cream-and-onion kettle-cooked potato chips, divided (about 2 (4-ounce) bags)
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated (about 1/4 cup), plus more for topping
Directions
- Gently toss chopped lettuce and Caesar dressing in a large bowl until combined. Crush 2 cups (about 1 bag) of the potato chips into 1/2-inch pieces; add to lettuce mixture. Stir in cheese and mix until combined. Top with remaining whole potato chips and more grated cheese. Serve immediately.
