Grilled Corned-Beef Sandwiches

Grilled rye bread stuffed with savory corned beef, melty cheese, and tangy mustard or sauerkraut—hearty and perfect for lunch.
Ingredients
- 8 pumpernickel bread,slices 1/2 c thousand island dressing
- 4 swiss cheese,slices
- 4 t sauerkraut,drained
- 1/4 lb cooked (or corned beef)
- -canned
- 1 butter (or margarine)
Directions
- Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of bread.
