Ingredients
  • 8 pumpernickel bread,slices 1/2 c thousand island dressing
  • 4 swiss cheese,slices
  • 4 t sauerkraut,drained
  • 1/4 lb cooked (or corned beef)
  • -canned
  • 1 butter (or margarine)
Directions
  1. Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of bread.
