Easy Mushroom Rice

Description
Simple, flavorful rice with mushrooms sautéed in butter or oil. A satisfying vegetarian side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed french onion soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine rice, onion soup, beef broth, mushrooms and butter in an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
- Cover, and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
