BANANA IN COCONUT SAUCE

Ingredients
- banana2 nos.
- coconut milk 1 1/2cups
- rice flour1tbs
- sugar2tbs
- cardamon powder1/2 tsp
- minced cashew 1tbs
- ghee 1tsp
Directions
- In a heavy pan, heat the 1cup coconut milk, add sliced bananas, cook till soft.
- Add the remaining half cup coconut milk and sugar to which the rice flour and cardamom powered is mixed.
- Top with the cashews fried in ghee.
