Baked Tilapia

This tilapia recipe is quick, easy, and just packed full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 (4- to 6-ounce) tilapia fillets
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Heat the oven to 425°F. Place the tilapia in a glass baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Pour the butter mixture over the fillets.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fish is white and flaky.
