Ingredients
  • 2 (4- to 6-ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 425°F. Place the tilapia in a glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Pour the butter mixture over the fillets.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fish is white and flaky.
