Air fryer Zucchini No Breading

Description
This air fryer chocolate cake is super easy and quick to make. You don’t have to heat up an oven for a small cake that makes for the perfect sweet treat for a small family.
Ingredients
- ½ cake mix prepare batter as per instructions
Directions
- Generally a Pilsbury’s cake mix yields two 6” cakes. I make one at a time for a small treat for my family.
- As per the instructions on the pack, add wet ingredients to the dry cake mix and prepare a batter.
- In your cake mould, add the batter and flatten on the top using a spatula.
- Preheat air fryer at 180C or 360F for 5 minutes.
- Put in the cake mould and air fry at 180C or 360F for 22-25 minutes till the cake is cooked and toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool down before demoulding and cutting it into pieces. Enjoy your delicious chocolate cake.
